Technology, collaboration, leadership: online workshop with EY

Understanding how to use modern HR technologies to shape the digital transformation in companies is an important asset for tomorrow's managers. Experts on this topic are ISM graduates Johannes Koldehoff and Till Walter. Working for EY, they consult HR departments on how they can equip themselves for the future. Together they offered a workshop for ISM students that provided theoretical input as well as a lot of practical know-how on the topics of new work, change and transformation.

Luise Johannes has been a master's student at ISM since last year and finds the direct line to business in her studies particularly important. "We gain insights into today's working world of successful companies and establish contact with successful business partners who can help and advise us on future decisions." In their lecture, Johannes and Till took up topics such as New Work, Purpose or Agility, which the ISM students had already dealt with in theory, and discussed with the students what influence global megatrends such as globalization, diversity or digital transformation have on New Work.

The additional digital workshops provided even more practical experience. As part of "Team Till", Luise advised a start-up wanting to introduce New Work. Together with her fellow students, Luise worked on the topics of "Collaboration and Technology," "People and Culture," "Learning," and "Leadership and Purpose".
